Volunteer Members Spring Cleanup & TINK BBQ
All volunteers meet at the Cantina for coffee and brief meeting at 10:00am. Clean up goes from 10:00 to 3:00 followed by a BBQ hosted by TINK Real Estate (Thomas & Maggie Keeper). If you have any personal tools that you can bring for any of the tasks below please bring them or contact Tim Mills at 403-875-7210. Thank you to all the volunteers in advance and thanks you to the Keepers for hosting the BBQ.
Clean up to do list:
- Cantina clean (Kitchen/washrooms/main room)
- Large garbage removal (dump run with a pick up truck)
- Large TV in Tack room #9 to dump
- Clean your tack room/stalls/paddocks
- Clean tack room #9 washroom
- Flowers in Office Planters
- SW corner of new barns- trees that have died or fallen need to be cup and cleared
- Remove old tables and wood against fence by trailers
- Walk- North & South ends of Palmer/Cross looking for polo balls
- Damaged boards on lilac field need to be replaced
- Sponser board signs up on field boards
- Repair/glue loose floor tile at entrance to men's bathroom in cantina
- Clean the water dispenser in the cantina & remove the empty large plastic bottles
- Load the Bar T 5 trailer with the field side chairs, tent etc.
- Build a proper fire pit of cinderblock fire pit/grill at Cantina
- Stack wood donated by Thomas
