Volunteer Clean-Up, Players Meeting with Rules Review & BBQ

If you have any personal tools that you can bring for any of the tasks below please bring them or contact Tim Mills at 403-875-7210. Clean up to do list:

1. Cantina clean (Kitchen/washrooms/main room)
2. Large garbage removal (dump run with a pick up truck)
3. Large TV in Tack room #9 to dump
4. Clean your tack room/stalls/paddocks
5. Clean tack room #9 washroom
6. Flowers in Office Planters
7. SW corner of new barns- trees that have died or fallen need to be cup and cleared
8. Remove old tables and wood against fence by trailers
9. Walk- North & South ends of Palmer/Cross looking for polo balls
10. Damaged boards on lilac field need to be replaced
11. Sponser board signs up on field boards
12. Repair/glue loose floor tile at entrance to men's bathroom in cantina
13. Clean the water dispenser in the cantina & remove the empty large plastic bottles
14. Load the Bar T 5 trailer with the field side chairs, tent etc.
15. Build a proper fire pit of cinderblock fire pit/grill at Cantina
